Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
The product is defective or not working
You received a wrong or incompatible product
The item is damaged during delivery
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused and in original condition
Must include original packaging, box, and accessories
Invoice or proof of purchase is required
The product should not be physically damaged by the customer
Important Note (For Batteries)
Due to the nature of electronic items like batteries:
Slight heating during initial use can be normal
Ensure proper installation before requesting return
Returns may be rejected if the battery is found physically damaged or tampered
Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only (no return) for defective or wrong products
Replacement will be processed after inspection and approval
If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:
Alternative product OR
Refund (at our discretion)
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
Product is out of stock after return approval
Replacement is not possible
Refund Process:
Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval
Amount will be credited to:
Original payment method OR
Bank account (for COD orders) Or on Your Given QR Code.
Return Shipping
In case of defective / wrong product, we may:
Arrange pickup OR
Ask you to ship the product (shipping cost reimbursed)
For other cases, customer may need to bear return shipping charges
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
Physical damage caused by misuse
Burnt or water-damaged batteries
Used or tampered products
